- very spacious and fully furnished 1 bedroom - a dedicated work desk with 27” Secondary monitor, HDMI Cable, Ethernet cable and Microsoft Surface Pro adapter/dock; - a fully equipped kitchen with brand-new stainless-steel appliances; - a fully-furnished living area with a cozy sectional that converts into an extra bed; - in-suite private laundry; - a 3-in-1 dinning table that converts to a Ping-Pong and Snooker/Pool Table; - entertainment systems, including a 65” Samsung Curve TV (Prime Video, Over 16k Global channels via IPTV, XBOX, - Samsung Home Theatre and lots more; - FREE Street parking; - Utilities: Internet, Water, Heat, Electricity, - Treated/Conditioned water filtration system, and - Private access to the suite.
This Guest suite is located in Calgary’s BEST Community of the year, Seton, with proximity to major attractions, shopping centers and amenities:
Calgary International Airport is 42kms/33mins drive away; The Real Canadian Superstore and 2 Esso gas stations are within walking distance; The Seton Shopping Centre comprising of Banks, Restaurants, Coffee shops, Cineplex VIP Cinema, etc. is 2kms away; Calgary Library and the World's largest YMCA, with modern sporting programs, equipment and amenities are both 3.6Kms/31mins walk away; The Seton Playground is just a 3min walk away from the suite and boasts of a variety of amenities for kids and adults alike, including picknick sheds and tables, paths and trails, slides, swings and climbers on a soft (padded) rubber surface flooring.
House Rules: We are glad that you have considered our home for your short-term stay. In here, you will find House Rules that have been put in place for your safety as well as ours. We truly appreciate your cooperation:
No unregistered visitors or guests are allowed. Maximum capacity is 5 people. A $50 charge will be added for every extra guest.
Please note, this is a quiet neighborhood and quiet hours are from 9pm-8am.
No events, parties or loud music is permitted in this home.
Guests agree to keep the premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any damaged, missing or broken items.
Please keep the home clean, wash the dishes and throw out the garbage before checkout, there will be a $100 extra cleaning charge if the home is left dirty (including dishes).
There will also be extra charges for any stains or damages to property or furniture.
No outside guest(s) are allowed. Only the number of people in your reservation are allowed in the home, unless approved by host.
Should number of guests on the property exceed the amount in the reservation, there will be an extra $50 charge or the reservation may be canceled immediately at host's discretion with no refund.
There is a late checkout charge of $50 for every hour late after check out time of 11am, unless host gives a complimentary late check out.
Guests who violate the rules or who do not check-in/check out on time, or cancel the reservation, will forfeit their right to leave a public review.
Our home is NOT suitable for unsupervised children. Parents must NOT leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.
Pets are NOT permitted.
NO eating/drinking in bedrooms.
Turn off ALL electronics when leaving the house.
Close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises.
Please report any damages, breakages or malfunctioning equipment immediately so that we can repair or replace them.
Please refrain from moving furniture around, to avoid any damages/breakages.
NO SMOKING is allowed inside the home. There is a $1,000 penalty for smoking.
You agree that you’re booking in good will with your host and you will not attempt to damage your host’s business/property because you’re unhappy with a ruling by Airbnb, Vrbo or the Host in the event that you experience anything dissatisfying during your stay or you lose a resolution.
Our priority is in creating a 5-star experience. Hence, we have taken reasonable measures to ensure your safety and security and will NOT be held liable for any personal injuries, items left behind or losses that may occur during your stay.

By agreeing to the house rules, you agree to let our team members enter the unit to fix any issues (if any) that arise on the property - WiFi issues, water heating, plumbing, security cameras disconnected/troubleshooting, etc.
