The Residence AU GRAND SUD is located in Hyères on the very pretty Presqu'île de Giens, facing the Islands of Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Le Levant, on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea.

With its direct access to the beach of the Sheepfold, with no road to cross, it is the ideal place for holidays with family or friends. The beach is gently and regularly sloping.

Apartments N ° 8 and N ° 10, ACCOMMODATING 4 PEOPLE, classified 2 * by the Toulon Tourist Office, are completely renovated and offer you all the comfort.

With free Internet / WIFI, flat screen TV, reversible AIR CONDITIONING, equipped kitchenette, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, combined microwave oven, coffee maker, Nespresso, toaster and everything you need for your meal.

Bedroom with double bed, other separate bedroom with a wall with 2 bunk beds, bathroom with walk-in shower and WC, equipped with a hairdryer and a safe. Cot and high chair, ironing board and iron are available on request.

Possibility to rent sheets and towels. Self washing machine.

You have a barbecue in the garden facing the sea, sunbathing and parasols, a playground with bowling green, table tennis and table football.

La Bergerie beach has a body of water that allows all water sports, fishing and diving. Other sports practiced: bikes, hikes on the coastal path, horse riding, karting, bowling ...

Pets are welcome with a supplement of 35 euros for their stay.

Splendid place on the French Riviera, a paradise for surfers who will only have to leave their studio to access the spot of the Sheepfold, oriented to the east wind. They will find the Almanarre spot, oriented to the west wind and the mistral, a few minutes from the Residence.

Located between the villages of La Capte and Giens, you will find shops and restaurants open all year round. In season, you will be close to a grocery store, shops and snacks; a pretty Provencal market is offered every day of the week in the neighboring villages.

The residence is 3 km from the thalassotherapy center of Hyères / La Capte and the hippodrome, 5 km from the Port of Hyères and 7 km from the center of Hyères and all its leisure activities including the casino.

You can organize an excursion to the Iles d'Or, Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Le Levant, departing from the Tour Fondue in Giens or from the Port of Hyères; a visit to the old saltworks of the peninsula; the discovery of Hyères, medieval town and castle from the 13th century, holder of the Blue Flag label and the national grand prize of Flowering since 1993, rich in botanical parks and gardens, cultural places, monuments and archaeological site.

In Hyères, you will be halfway between Marseille and Nice, 50 km from Saint-Tropez.

Hyères Les Palmiers owes its name to the presence of these exotic-scented trees. The city stretches to the sea across the Giens Peninsula. The climate is mild, paths that pass through pine forests and salt water lagoons will allow you to discover at the turn of a walk flamingos, cormorants as well as rare floral species such as lilies and orchids.

By train
Arrived at the Hyères train station, the residence is 8 km away; take a taxi or the buses which serve the peninsula and whose La Bergerie stop is 100 m from the residence.
By plane
Résidence Au Grand Sud is 5 km from Toulon / Hyères Airport. Take a taxi or by car, exit the airport and take the direction of the Giens peninsula; at the 4th roundabout (La Bergerie roundabout), turn left towards the sea, you will see the residence on your left.
By car
Once in Hyères and after leaving the motorway, follow the signs for the Giens peninsula - Giens; cross the village of La Capte, 2 km after you will arrive at the Bergerie roundabout, turn left towards the sea, the residence is on your left.
