Sweet little house with lots of private sleep space. Nice for families because there's room to spread out.

Booked property because of location, number of beds and bathrooms. Very disappointed with quality of stay. Property was grimy, minimal amenities (no hand towels, tpaper). Most beds were extraordinarily cheap uncomfortable mattresses some on floor outfitted with a single blanket, dollar store pillows and sheets and no mattress pads. We were 'shocked' at the number of outlets bearing scorch marks from previous mishaps. Showers had mold and the backyard is actively being reclaimed by nature. The property was furnished with broken pieces upcycled from the local landfill. Kitchenwares were dirty and artifacts from previous guests were conveniently in place as a testament to the depth of care the owner invests in this property.

Great manager, house needs some improvement
Our experience started by the manager dealing with a late check out. The previous renters didn’t leave the house at the correct time which delayed our check in. We were also asked if it was ok for the previous renters to come back later to get their bags which were left in the garage. We ended up asking Jason for a new access code, I didn’t want any strangers walking into the house without us knowing.
The house had a lot of bugs, we even saw some roaches. Our first night, we slept on a box spring, not knowing that the mattress was in a different room on the floor. There wasn’t enough linen for all the bedrooms, we ended up taking stuff from other rooms we didn’t get to use.
Location was great and Jason was accessible but cleanliness could’ve been better, which will help with bugs. The house in general needs some updated maintenance.
