As you enter the apartment, you will be immediately captivated by ocean views from the 5th floor (accessed via an elevator) and the abundance of natural lighting that illuminates this apartment. The kitchen, living and dining area are complemented by a backdrop of endless blue. Fully equipped, the kitchen features plenty of utensils and appliances including a coffee machine, toaster, kettle and more. The dining area is complete with a modern, six-seater dining table that may accommodate for family meals or nights spent in. Just off from this dining area is an enclosed balcony with a comfortable day bed and two lounge chairs making this space a sweet spot for your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The dining area transitions into the comfortable living area that features a smart TV, a sofa and plenty of board games to keep children (and kids at heart) entertained for the entirety of your stay. Down the hall you will find the main bathroom that doubles as an ensuite with its interconnecting door to the master bedroom. This bathroom features a modern shower, separate toilet and a laundry space equipped with a washer and dryer. The master bedroom is styled to perfection with its coastal accents, plush king-sized bed, mirrored wardrobe, and unbelievable ocean views. The second bedroom is complete with two, comfortable single beds, a mirrored wardrobe and an unbeatable backdrop and outlook of the turquoise ocean.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment along with space to park a singular car in a lockup, underground garage. Guests will also have access to a rooftop terrace that provides 360-degree views of coastline that stretches from Point Cartwright to the Bribie Island break and beyond. Silhouettes of the Glass House Mountains can be also be seen. Guests can also enjoy the sparkling shared pool located to the front of the building.
The Neighborhood:
Located in Kings Beach, this apartment is close to the absolute best of what Caloundra has to offer. Go for a coffee at one of the trendy cafes or indulge in some retail therapy at the shops along Bulcock Street (5 min drive). Explore and enjoy the rock pools, parks and the child friendly water fountain at Kings Beach or simply stroll along the beachside boardwalk & enjoy the calm waters of Bulcock Beach.
Getting Around:
The closest beach (Kings Beach) is 1.9km away (5-minute drive) and is great for a beach-walk, surfing, kite surfing, swimming, or paddle boarding.

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
