City Lights is a charming cabin overlooking the heart of downtown Gatlinburg. This newly renovated cabin, with all new furnishings, make this a peaceful retreat for you to relax and enjoy everything the Smoky Mountains has to offer.

City Lights is fully furnished and stocked with everything you need. Our kitchen has all the tools and dishes you’ll need to prepare any kind of meal. Don’t feel like cooking? No problem! All of Gatlinburg’s downtown restaurants are within a short drive from the cabin. You can always call for take-out and enjoy a quiet evening in the refreshing mountain air overlooking the city lights of beautiful downtown Gatlinburg. Slip into the hot tub at night while watching the city lights twinkle with the Smoky Mountains as your backdrop.

This luxurious 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom cabin offers the comforts of a luxury hotel with the privacy and conveniences of a home! Wood floors and walls, vaulted ceilings, with 4 decks bring a warmth and coziness to this Mountain getaway.

Each bedroom provides comfortable king size beds, high end linens and flat screen TV’s. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private deck from the master bedroom while watching the sunrise. A pull-out sofa in the living room is perfect to accommodate the 5th and 6th guests.

The views from each of the four decks are incredible! During the 4th of July, imagine enjoying the spectacular show of fireworks right from the back deck!! No need to deal with any of the holiday traffic, just sit back, relax and enjoy the show!

A vacation is also all about fun and we’ve provided what will become an unforgettable game room experience. Our game room is equipped with a Foosball Table, Shuffleboard Table, an arcade, game table, and various board games that the whole family can enjoy.

For those who can’t miss the big game we have a theater room downstairs with a 65” flat screen tv and comfortable reclining couches. We offer wireless internet and cable TV through Charter Spectrum.Our cable package includes ALL the channels including HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, TMC, Starz, Starz Encore, NFL Redzone, and all the sports Networks.

*Stays 7 days or longer will automatically be discounted 10%.

* There are only 2 days we do not allow check-in or check-out: Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day

* The road to City Lights is located on is a one lane road and may seem a bit "scary" to some people who are not used to mountain roads.

* The driveway may be considered "steep" for some people. The best way to get in and out of the driveway is to back in and on the way out stay to the far left and make a wide turn out.

* To get to the theater room or hot tub, you must walk down the outside stairs that are covered.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: (if you're question is not answered here, please feel free to email us)
1. What Linens are included? – We provide linens for beds, bath towels, and wash cloths.
2. What household supplies are provided? – We get you started with 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, mini dish detergent, dishwasher pods, 1 laundry detergent pod, kitchen trash bags, and travel/hotel size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion.
3. What does the kitchen include? –The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen plus a griddle, blender, toaster, waffle iron, slow cooker, various size pots & pans, wine glasses, a Keurig, and a regular coffee pot.
4. Do you provide any baby items? – Yes! We provide a high chair, pack n’ play, and baby gates where stairs apply.
5. Do you provide a grill? – Yes! And it is propane which is also provided.
6. Do you provide firewood? – No need, the fireplaces are gas.
7. Do you allow pets? – No. Under no circumstances do we allow pets.
8. Is the hot tub cleaned after every stay? – Yes! Our hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled for every stay.
9. Is the price flexible? - We do NOT offer discounts, nor do we eliminate or reduce any of the fees.
10. When is the second payment due? – 30 Days prior to your stay.
11. When will I get the address and cabin access info? - Address, door code, and driving directions will be sent in a separate email after your final payment is made.
12. What time is check-in and check-out? – You may check in any time after 4pm and you must checkout prior to 10am on the day of your departure.
13. How do cancellations work? - Cancellations or shortened stays that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will be fully refunded. Cancellations or changes that are made within 60 days of the arrival date are non-refundable.
14. Do you provide travel insurance? - If cancellation is a concern, we do recommend the purchase of Cancellation Protection from CSA (this does not go through us).
15. Can I cancel if the weather is bad? – Cancellations due to weather will not be refunded.
16. How is the drive up to the cabin? – It is under a 5 minute (1 mile) drive up the mountain. The roads are well maintained and paved. However, there are some steeper parts that are "scary" for some people.
17. Do I need 4-wheel drive? – Only if snow or ice conditions are present. It’s basically a rule of thumb for all mountain roads in this area, that if ice or snow conditions are present, you should have 4-wheel drive or snow chains.
18. Is this cabin secluded? – This cabin sits on almost an acre. There is one neighbor to the right (about 100 feet away).
19. Was this area affected by the 2016 wildfires? – This area was affected.
20. What type of internet to you provide? – We provide unlimited cable internet with Wi-Fi.
21. Do you ever reduce the stated prices – On occasion, if upcoming unsold dates remain, we may reduce prices for those unsold dates. That will already be reflected in the pricing that you see here.
22. Are there any days where Check-in or Check-out is not permitted? - The only 2 days that we do not allow check-in or check-out is Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day.
23. Where can I book? - We only accept bookings and payments on Vrbo and our "Heaven's Cabins" website.
