Or, enjoy the side lawn, perfect for playing yard games or letting the dogs run free. In the evening, gather around the fire pit with marshmallows or a glass of rosé.

The open kitchen is outfitted with high-end touches including a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Just off of this space, you’ll find a pantry area/coffee bar with both Keurig and drip coffee makers as well as a wine fridge.
The dining area is the heart of this property and promises many a great meal and conversation around the very mid-century oval dining set with seating for 6. Everything tastes better when dining under a Sputnik chandelier.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
This property features 3 bright and beautifully appointed bedrooms all with hotel-quality mattresses. In the primary suite, find a king-size bed and modern en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. This suite enjoys access to the patio and pool through a sliding glass door. Each bedroom is also equipped with a humidifier and sound machine for your comfort.
The two guest bedrooms are just as stylish and have a king and queen bed, respectively. These rooms share access to the full hall bath.

Historic Sunmor Estates, sometimes referred to as the Alexander Neighborhood, contains Palm Springs’ largest concentration of intact mid century modern homes by four iconic mid-century modern builders: Alexander Construction Company, Robert Higgins, Jack Meiselman, and Smith & Rapport. A stay here will take you right back in time to the era of cars with fins and plenty of chrome, the golden age of top 40 radio, and the lawn flamingo.
