Located in the original Sunmor Estates neighborhood in central Palm Springs, this renovated Palmer & Krisel home was built in 1958 and has been renovated to give you a true Mid-Century Modern experience. Offering 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, the home offers a larger than normal interior living space with 1,656 square feet that includes a bonus den/TV room with separate powder room.
An open floor plan offers casual living and easy indoor/outdoor entertaining with an island kitchen and dining for up to 6, large living room with vaulted ceilings, polished concrete floors, a trademark Alexander (sadly, non-functioning) stone fireplace, large flat screen Smart TV, Junior Baby Grand piano with walls of glass and two sets of sliders to an amazing backyard. The home's televisions offer Roku service for cable and streaming access for Netflix, Hulu, etc.

The bedrooms consist of a primary suite with queen bed, en-suite bathroom (shower/tub combo) with extra pillows and blanket and slider patio access to the back yard. The first guest bedroom has two twin beds and the second guest bedroom has a full size bed. The two guest bedrooms share the hall bath that features a step-down shower.

The amazing West-facing back yard offers incredible views of the San Jacinto Mountains. An outside shower is located just outside of the slider access to the den/TV room. On one side of the back yard you can enjoy a full built-in, natural gas grill with concrete countertop bar-height seating for 3 or dine al fresco at the outdoor dining table that will sit 6-8. On the cooler Winter evenings, snuggle close to the outdoor fire pit with additional seating. The large swimmer's pool has been newly resurfaced and tiled and is perfect for laps or just floating your cares away. On the other side of the yard, enjoy a soak in the above ground spa. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed.

- Per City ordinance, you must be 25 years of age or older to rent this home.
- Pool Heat is optional but available for $69/day; usually appropriate to heat the pool mid-October to late June. Some advertising platforms will have us add pool heat after booking. Feel free to confirm as necessary.
- Where pet(s) are accepted, this is dog(s) only and we cannot host any other kind of animals in our home.
