Keyless entry 24 hours via door code. Guests have access to the entire unit, main floor and the basement and a private fenced back yard.

Ideal central location just steps away from Shoppers Drug Mart, Starbucks, restaurants, a bus stop or a c-train station. A few minutes drive to Chinook Mall, Rockyview Hospital, Heritage Park or 10 min drive to Downtown Calgary (about 20 min by bus).

The Space
This house is bright and artfully decorated with lots of room for socializing. Lots of sofa areas and well-suited for entertaining. There are 3 smart TV's with Netflix in this house, one in a dinning area, main floor bedroom and a 58" TV in the living room area in the basement. You will find here all kitchen essentials, fresh linens and extra towels in the closet.

Parking
There is plenty of free parking spots available. You can park on a driveway, on a street in front of the house or behind the garage.

Family Travel

Great place for family to unwind

Amazing location - especially when spending time at stompede grounds. Close to grocery stores and coffee shops. Loved that all the kids could come back after a long day out and scatter to different spots in the house. Very clean

Calgary Convention

It was the perfect place with two couples and two singles who all had their own bathroom, and could gather together for breakfasts and dinners. Transportation and stores and shops all very conveniently located in the area. It worked out perfectly with many complimentary remarks from all in the group.

Lovely, well appointed and in a great location. Perfectly set up for large groups or locked off as two separate units. We found everything we needed and enjoyed our stay immensely. Only issue we had was with the internet cutting in and out. We had too many devices running at the same time.

Convenient abd comfortable

My brother and our spouses were here to visit ourr mother living in a seniors residence nearby. The house gave us plenty of space as well as achance to eat and chat together, have a birthday supper with our mother's friends, as well as being easy to get away from to the mountains.
