Wake up in Ocean City, MD to beautiful direct views of the Atlantic Ocean in this beautifully decorated condo at the Quay! Unit 2307 has recently been remodeled with a new kitchen, appliances, flooring! You will find this kitchen fully stocked with anything you will need during your vacation stay.
The building offers Indoor & outdoor heated pools, ping pong room, arcade room, seasonal gift shop (open only in summer), saunas in both restrooms on the second floor, and a deli for breakfast and lunch! This lovely 3 Bedroom condo is ready to make your new vacation memories!

*As a thank you for staying with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals in Ocean City, MD we offer each reservation a complimentary welcome beach bag which includes paper towels, bathroom tissue, laundry and dish detergents, trash bags, and even bathroom toiletries!

Your reservation includes a $50 parking fee. The Quay building charges $10 per day or $50 per week. If your stay is 4 nights or less, the overage fee will be refunded prior to check-in.

The Quay

The condo was wonderful - very well appointed kitchen, comfortable accommodations, awesome views. Loved the open layout. 5 stars. We were not able to get into our room at the designated time, and when we finally got our keys, the cleaning crew was still there, needing 30 more minutes. We received misinformation about a parking lot across the street - were told it was free. It was not. Then there was the fire alarm. Building vacated.
