The Arrington Retreat is a wonderfully situated single level home that boasts a huge backyard and a number of amenities. Sitting right the middle of Silicon Forest you are close to countless companies such as Intel, Tektronix, Nike and countless others.



This home is a fantastic use of space with the three bedroom on one side, the chef's kitchen and dining in the middle and the cozy living area on the other side. As you can see every piece of décor and furnishing was curated to find that perfect blend of style and comfort for our guests.



Just off the living area you will find the garage that has a foosball table, seating, as well as the washer and dryer. Without a doubt one of the gems of this property is the fully fenced expansive backyard. It is perfect for pets, games, and enjoyment. Sitting right next to Moorberry Elementary school you'll see there are a number of fields and opportunities to play just barely a block or two away.



From the décor, layout, and location, you will find the Arrington Retreat is a truly amazing location for your small group or family to enjoy most anything the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.



This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.



PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

Everything about the Arrington Retreat was delightful!! I grew up in Hillsboro and was home visiting family. This was a perfect place for our "base camp". I will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town

Our daughter accepted a job at PSU We were apartment shopping! This location had everything that we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the kitchen items we needed. It was even better in person! The beds were super comfy! We loved it!!

Such a lovely and comfortable stay!! We stayed here for a week waiting to move in to our new place. I found myself wishing that THIS PLACE was our new place!! Clean and comfortable. We did have a small problem with ants which the hosts took care of right away. They were responsive, friendly and helpful. Very quick to respond. I highly recommend a stay here if you get a chance. It’s in a lovely neighborhood as well.

Thanksgiving in Hilsboro

Nicely redone older home, great for pets and good location since our son is in Forest Grove. Cleanliness issue was that the garbage cans were stuffed full by previous renter and likely would not be picked up by garbage service in Hilsboro until the following week after we stayed.

Quiet and Convenient

We were in Hillsboro for medical appointments and we had our dog with us. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. The hospital is a very short drive away as is a New Seasons grocery and other services. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and there is a very nice park nearby.

Close to town, the (Hillsboro) airport, and other amenities. Clean. Friendly neighbors. Road wasn't too busy. We didn't hear the elementary school drop off in the morning until we went outside. Delighted to report that the primary room bed was comfortable. Worked for us! Absolutely would stay again.
