The living room has 65 inch HD TV and a selection of games to entertain. This space also has a dedicated work area with USB charging and is ideal for those looking to work during their stay.

The master is furnished with king size bed & lovely soft linen. Blockout curtains & blinds. Great bedside reading lights and big wardrobe.

New bathroom with freestanding tub, shower recess and large vanity unit. Shower gel, shampoo & conditioner, hairdryer and quality, soft towels provided. Seperate toilet.

Large new laundry with all the necessities; washer, dryer, ironing board, clothes horse and detergent provided. Access to outdoor clothes line.

Fresh, light-filled kitchen is also fully equiped. Nespresso machine & Bodum coffee press, dishwasher, microwave and a walk-in pantry. All your cooking and entertaining needs are provided for, including a blender, sandwich press, spices and basic condiments. There's a 6-seater kitchen table and a breakfast bar. We've also added some outdoor tableware and a picnic rug to give more dining options!

The kitchen leads to a HUGE, fully covered deck. Here you'll find additional seating, table & chairs, gas BBQ and even some outdoor games to enjoy in the backyard.

Bring your bikes, as there's a dedicated bike shed to keep them safe & dry.
A beautiful wagon-style seat (created by a local craftsman),is situated under fairy-lights and is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee, or a refreshing glass of wine at the end of the day.

The house has two split system air conditioners (and a heater in the bathroom) to keep the entire home comfortable all year round.

A real pleasure.

Four of us in our 70s were cycling the Great Southern Rail Trail and we looked forward to the comforts of good accommodation at the start and finish of each day. We were absolutely delighted with everything provided in this spacious house .. from the lovely bedrooms to the well equipped kitchen, lounge and rear verandah. Every detail had been considered. We were sad to leave.
