The open-plan living area is zoned into a lounge, dining area, and kitchen. The lounge has a comfortable leather sofa and two armchairs, a coffee and a smart TV, an overhead fan, and air conditioning for your comfort. The kitchen overlooks the dining suite, which seats 4, and there are two stools on the kitchen benchtop. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped and includes a dishwasher, coffee machine, and microwave. Enjoy cooking indoors or head outside through the glass sliding doors to the fabulous covered outdoor area and utilise the BBQ. Here there is an outdoor sofa as well as a bar table with four stools, perfect for all-weather entertaining or relaxing.
The 3 bedrooms all have queen beds, are carpeted, and are light and stylishly appointed. The master has a walk-in robe and an ensuite with shower, vanity, and toilet, as well as a split-system air conditioner. With a large window and armchair, it feels luxurious, perfect for a holiday! Both the other Queen bedrooms have built-in robes and share use of the family bathroom with a shower, vanity, and toilet. All linen is provided.

Nollamara is a northern suburb of Perth, less than 10 km from the Perth central business district and only a 15-minute drive from Trigg Beach. It's a great location to spend your holiday in, as it’s well-positioned to explore Perth and has easy access to the airport, which is less than 20 minutes’ drive away.
The area is characterised by extensive trees, parks, and recreational facilities. The newly renovated Des Penman Reserve is only just over 1 km away. It includes tennis, soccer, lawn bowls, a playground, shaded lunch areas, and BBQ facilities. There is also a reserve just around the corner.
Nollamara shops are just a short drive to the south, and Mirrabooka shops are a 3-minute drive to the north, both providing a wide range of eateries, shops, and supermarkets. Head to the delightful coastal hub of Scarborough, 20 minutes’ drive, for a special lunch or dinner.
To entertain the children, there's the Perth Ice Arena, a roller skating rink, and a rock climbing gym in Malaga, near the Mirrabooka shops, as well as the wonderful facilities at Trigg Beach, one of Perth's most popular beaches for surfers and board riders but also appealing for swimmers. Mettam's Pool, which is to the north of the main surf/swim area, is great for snorkelling. There is also a popular children’s playground nearby.
