I loved the peaceful rural setting of the cottage along with the modern, spacious and comfortable facilities, soon realising that one night was not enough to truly appreciate the ambience here and so I look forward to returning for 3-4 nights next time.
Exceeded all my expectations.Clean, cosy and a beautiful ambiance and feel.Loved seeing the kangaroos and rabbits going about their day. Would highly recommend.
We visited for the weekend and really enjoyed the quiet and cosy cabin. Lots of little touches and a lovely fire and bbq, perfect for an afternoon in. Easy to get to and Kathleen was a great host, accomodating us arriving quite late in the evening.
We loved our stay. Kathleen was very helpful. The cottage is equipped with everything you need and a great size for 2 people. We loved the fire and the BBQ. Highly recommend if you want a little place in the bush yet so close to Bungendore and Canberra.
Thoughtfully and comfortably presented cottage in an idyllic farmland setting. With pleasant views across hills and between trees we could really appreciate the beauty of this area.

A beautiful home for a peaceful weekend away. The cottage has obviously been created with love and care, and Kathleen is a wonderful host who even provided us with a freshly baked loaf of bread! We're already looking forward to a return trip. And the woodcraft gallery in nearby Bungendore is absolutely worth seeing.
Attractive house with beautifully finished off and presented facilities. Everything we needed in a quiet rural location in easy distance from Canberra. Loved views of kangaroos almost all day.

Every little detail was well thought out. Immaculate property.
We loved the cottage, such a clever design with so many artistic touches by Kathleen. And we really appreciated all the thoughtful extras provided. The fire and underfloor heating in the bathroom was a bonus as we unfortunately chose a very wet and cold weekend which did impact our stay.
What a little gem. From the moment we booked our stay Kathleen was a suberb host with nothing was to much trouble including organising a bottle of champagne for our arrival given it was our anniversary get away. The cottage was just perfect with all the little touches including a freshly made loaf of bread making our stay just perfect. The fireplace was cozy, and overall just so relaxing and comfortable.
Thanks for making our stay just perfect.
We'll definitely be back
