White Marlin 411B - Recently renovated and fully equipped 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in the heart of downtown Ocean City. The unit offers central air , washer/dryer, full kitchen, free WIFI and 1 car parking. A short 2 block walk will place you on the white sandy beaches, the famous Ocean City boardwalk and surround you with many fine eateries. Tired from a long day at the beach? Relax on the 2 bayfront balconies, watching the sunset or take a dip in our waterfront outdoor pool Imagine....parking your car in a designated spot under the building and not having to drive anywhere. That sounds like a great vacation. For the fishermen, grab your gear and head to the fishing pier. Perhaps you will catch dinner. Property is non smoking, and animals are prohibited. Occupancy limit is 10.
Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Great spot for a family beach vacation.

The space and location of this condo was great for our family of 4. Check in was very quick and easy and the property management company was easy to get a hold of. We had trouble connecting to wifi which my husband needed for a work and the company worked with us to fix it, and actually needed to replace/update the modem. We could walk to the beach, boardwalk and shops/restaurants. The in-suite laundry was great with two busy little boys! My only feedback was the cleanliness and state of the furniture and bedspreads. I don’t need much other than a place to sleep while at the beach but the king sized bed only had a fleece blanket provided, the mattress covers were worn/stained, and there was a lot of dust on the head boards and kitchen cabinets had a spill marks etc I had to clean myself. That said, we brought our own linens and supplies and were able to adjust. We’d return for sure. Thank you.
