Downtown Location: One of the biggest issues with the OC boardwalk is parking! Solved with the private garage! You can park your car and walk to all that you may want to do. All the shops, amusements, bars, and restaurants are a short walk away. Within 5 blocks are jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charter boats, over a dozen restaurants, miniature golf, the beach, the amusement pier with rides for all ages, video arcades, ice cream, candy, and tee shirt shops, Thrashers fries and Fisher's Popcorn are all right at your doorstep. Best supermarkets are across the bridge but less than 2 miles away.

Fantastic condo and hosts. We have stayed at this condo multiple times. Hosts were extremely responsive…the k cup machine wasn’t working and they replaced it within an hour of notification. We will definitely rent this condo again.

We loved the place! Even while sitting at the table enjoying a meal, we could see the ocean! The parking garage along with pool and fitness center were accessible without exiting the building which was great also! We hope to return!

Spacious and comfortable

Had a great winter week getaway. Very comfortable and clean. The gas fireplace was convenient and perfect. There is plenty of space here to relax inside or on the balcony. Waking up to spectacular sunrises with great views was wonderful.

You can not beat the location of this home and the views! The condo is nicely done and beds are comfortable however the furniture in the living room really could stand to be replaced due to staining and comfort.

Amazing Condo

The check-in process was extremely easy! The condo was extremely clean, great location, we sat on the balcony and watch the fireworks on Monday night. The pool is so nice! The pictures do not do this condo justice. The parking garage with two assigned parking spots was great. I highly recommend staying here! We’ll be back next summer! Thank you for a great week/stay!!!

Great location and lots of room. Cleaning service was not good. Left message on Steve's phone on Sunday about 4 pair of underwear in dresser drawer, sand in washing machine, and dirty cabinets!

Overall excellent stay. Cleaning service could use a definite upgrade, countertops, floors, toilets didn’t look like they had been touched. I cleaned the unit myself when we arrived.

Family vacation

Loved the property, fully equipped kitchen, easy access to boardwalk and parking. Our hosts were very accommodating and available if needed. Our only recommendations would be to improve the cleanliness of the floor, our grand-daughters' feet were black after walking barefoot throughout the kitchen and living area. Pool maintenance could use some help, the water was a green color.

Not for light sleepers

While the overall location was convenient, the noise from the boardwalk was terrible & lasted until midnight each night. Despite being up 8 floors, "pop-up entertainers" brought microphone karaoke & loud speakers that were very audible. Even using a white noise machine barely drowned out the nuisance. Check pans/dishes prior to using them. We found a few to be dirty & had to wash them. Overall condo was clean & tidy. However, we did notice accumulations of dust & a few hanging cobwebs. Owners were very responsive & answered my questions/concerns quickly.

You can't beat the location

I stayed here with my wife and 83-year old mother in law. The layout of the unit was great and overall our stay was great. We would do this again. The furniture was in great shape. The kitchen was well stocked with needed items. The location is hard to beat. The floors and bathrooms were clean. There were some issues with the cleanliness of the unit that included sliding door window had not been cleaned and contains bird debris and a peace sign drawn on the glass highlighting the dirt. The Keurig Coffee Machine contained coffee grounds in it and my mother-in-law would not use it. The refrigerator had hair in some of the drawer and shelves as well as what appeared to be food debris. All cleaning issues were reported to management and were offered to be immediately addressed. Communication during our stay with the management staff was prompt and informative.
