A small, detached 45 m2 house with a flat roof, located on our property. It’s 5 min. from the Enedis training centre and 30 min. from Lyon. You’ll find a lovely living space featuring a kitchenette, dining area, and living room. A separate bedroom (140-cm bed) and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower complete the space. Large 20 m² terrace overlooking the countryside.<br>It’s the starting point for many hikes and just 3 minutes from a fishing pond<br>The accommodation<br>A small, cosy 45-square-meter apartment, decorated with my favourite vintage finds. It features a fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, hob, Sodastream, Nespresso, etc.). The living room has a large TV and a sofa bed if needed. The bathroom is equipped with a double sink and a walk-in shower. The brightly coloured bedroom features a 140-bed.<br>Sheets and towels are provided.<br><br>In the summer, enjoy the shared pool with us and our other holiday rental. We also invite you to pick your own vegetables and collect eggs if you’d like.<br>A large 20m² terrace completes this unique home.<br>The accommodation does not open directly onto the pool.
