In the heart of Atlanta's downtown area, Atlanta Resort overlooks the city's famed Centennial Olympic Park. Originally used to host the 1996 Summer Olympics, the park is currently at the heart of the city's musical, visual and performing arts scene. When you're not out exploring the city's sights, make sure to enjoy all the comfortable amenities Atlanta Resort has to offer. Go for a swim in the resort's rooftop pool area. Work up a sweat and burn a few calories in the on-site fitness center. Enjoy a delicious meal at the on-site restaurant, then sip on your favorite cocktail at the rooftop bar.



This resort offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom suites that comfortably sleep anywhere from four to 12 guests. The studio suites feature a king bed and a sleeper sofa in the living area. The one-bedroom suites feature a king bed and a sleeper sofa in the living area. The two-bedroom suites feature a king bed, queen beds and a sleeper sofa in the living area. The three-bedroom suites feature a king bed, queen beds and a sleeper sofa in the living area. You'll appreciate the convenience of a partial or full kitchen, private bedrooms, and separate living/dining areas.

This property was beautiful! The rooftop pool/bar area was perfect and relaxing! The 1bdr was exaclty as pictured and spotless! What impressed me the most was how kind and friendly all the staff were!

A lovely stay

This mini-resort (Margaritaville Atlanta) was a lovely stay. The staff was great, the bed comfortable, the bathroom spacious. In particular, the pool was wonderful - after a hot day in the city, we always jumped in the pool before our nights out.

Best VRBO ever!

We had such an amazing time. We had a concert at the tabernacle (quite literally 300 feet away) one night and the second day, we rode scooters to west midtown and walked around/shopped and ate all day. The location is so central and the staff was amazingly accommodating. Amazing view, room, etc. Can’t recommend enough!

Perfect location in downtown Atlanta

I was in town for a trade show and hotel prices were crazy high! This option ended up being perfect and far exceeded my expectations. The check in process was great, hotel amenities (gym, restaurant, coffee bar) were all excellent and the one bedroom apt was outstanding!! I would take this over an impersonal hotel stay any day of the week. I particularly loved being able to work at the kitchen island in the morning, overlooking the city, while drinking a cup of coffee from my in-room coffee pot!

My 7-year-old and I came to Atlanta to visit the Georgia Aquarium. This property was beautiful, with an amazing pool. All the staff was kind and helpful. The valet even ran down the street after our Lyft driver, who drive by the entrance. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and beautiful. I would stay here again.

Weekend getaway!

Wonderful weekend away! We arrived late at night and noticed the room was pretty warm. Adjusted the thermostat and went to bed. Woke up to the room even warmer and notified the front desk. After checking the thermostat it was determined the thermostat was broken and within minutes the manager called and asked if we’d like to change rooms. We were taken care of every step of the way and were given some drink coupons and a coupon to the grab and go for the inconvenience (wasn’t necessary but the manager insisted). The staff was fantastic, the room was clean and inviting, and the pool and bar area made for a great weekend away!

Spacious lodging

This was an amazing property. We had a true, full (large kitchen), complete with a long island that seated four. It was stocked with dishes, utensils, pots/pans, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender, glasses (including wine glasses), cups and kitchen towels. It included a dishwasher, with dishwashing soap. There were multiple closets, two separate bathroom vanities, quality toiletries and a bedroom separated from a living room. There were floor to ceiling windows in the living room, which had a fold out couch and two chairs. There were large televisions in the living room and bedroom. The bed was very comfortable. The check in process was easy and, though it was a time share property, there was not a heavy pressure to sit through a presentation. There was a decent gym, a rooftop bar that sat next to a heated pool. It also included a Margaritaville restaurant on the ground floor. It was located in a safe area that overlooked Centennial park, from the Olympics. Staff were very helpful, especially Brian from the valet service. There were multiple restaurants just a short walk away, though it was clear some guests brought supplies to prep their own meals in the full kitchen (which DID include a range/oven). It is clear this was a new property, as everything had a new appearance that showed no signs of wear. The property was kept very clean also. We had a VERY comfortable stay here.
