This 5th-floor Kiawah Island oceanfront vacation rental is a Windswept Villa that offers 2 bedrooms and a balcony with unparalleled views of the ocean. Enjoy a location just steps from Kiawah Island’s East Beach!

Upon entering this villa, you’ll find spectacular ocean views, an abundance of natural light, and soft coastal hues. The living area features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and sliding door access to the balcony. Enjoy the reading nook as a relaxing space to read or sip morning coffee. The fully equipped kitchen offers gorgeous white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space to entertain. The dining area also offers ocean views and plenty of seating for your whole party.

The villa’s primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a wall-mounted TV, crystal-clear ocean views, and a small, writing desk. The private, primary bathroom offers a marble, double-sink vanity, and a glass, walk-in shower.

The secondary bedroom features a king-sized bed and scenic views of Kiawah Island. This bedroom offers a secondary bathroom with a tile shower and bathtub combination that can also be accessed from the hall.

With stunning views of East Beach, the balcony is the perfect spot to feel the ocean breeze and bask in the sun.

The villa is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

Our stay at this property was excellent. Very convenient location near Heron Park and the view from the balcony is wonderful. The condo was appointed well and the beds were very comfortable. Located on the 5th floor - the elevators were easily accessible and minimal wait times. The property managers were very responsive to any concerns we had and check-in/out was easy.

Wonderful unit, with outstanding views of the Atlantic from inside/balcony/bedroom. Beach biking was stellar. Building construction was annoying; had to detour to the front to get in... otherwise very nice!

Windswept is an ideal location. Lovely view. This unit needs updates. Kitchen appliances work but interior dishwasher has no structure and numbers rubbed off knobs on stove. Dining table rocks on its base. Despite fact that there are 2 beds and accompanying baths, common living area tight for 4 people. Have stayed in nicer Windswept units at comparable prices.

It was awesome!

The space and location were everything we hoped for because this was to help celebrate my 70th birthday! It was peaceful and visually stunning. We saw deer play in the ocean one early morning and a school of dolphins playing near the shore from our balcony. Would have loved to had a longer stay! Only one little thing I would change, would to have a higher grade of toilet paper. Everything was 1st class except this small detail. I would recommend this space to everyone looking for a special location to celebrate peacefulness and beauty of the ocean and the beach.
