We regret that the conditions of the rental did not meet your expectations, and we understand how frustrating it must have been for you and your family. We want to assure you that we tried our best to help resolve the issues you encountered. However, we acknowledge that it was a busy time, and our maintenance team had a lot to handle, leading to delays in addressing certain problems. Hi Alanna. Thank you for your review! We are delighted that you found the property itself to be beautiful and in a great location. However, we sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the property management company. We understand that the cleanliness of the themed room and the condition of the beds and comforters fell below your expectations. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we will address these concerns with our housekeeping team to ensure improvements are made. Regarding the water park, it seems there was a misunderstanding, as there is one clubhouse under construction and another water park available for guests, and we provided the address and information in the arrival email sent to you one day prior to your arrival, we are sorry to know you couldn't enjoy the clubhouse amenities because of this. We understand the frustration this may have caused and will work to improve our communication and support processes to ensure a smoother resolution in such situations. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will take the necessary steps to address these issues and improve our services. We appreciate your patience and hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust and provide you with a better experience in the future.
