Centrally located on Old US 1 Hwy in New Hill NC. 10 min from downtown Apex, 10 min Harris Plant, 30 min from Chapel Hill, Raleigh, Durham and RDU Airport, makes it a great location when visiting nearby colleges (Duke, UNC, or NC State). Listening to train horn passing across the street is so nostalgic and will make you feel right at home. Plenty of parking spaces for your car, truck, boat or RV. 10/15 minutes from Harris and Jordan Lake. Freshly renovated - NO PETS. Maximum 4 guests, please do not exceed.

The was very responsive it is a very nice clean and cozy home and in a great location. Host provided essentials in case you left and forgot to pack something. Even had music playing softly when i arrived. Great host great location would most definitely recommend and stay again!!!

Exactly what you need

This is probably the cleanest short term rental we have ever stayed in, very comfortableand well maintained. Everything was well labeled and laid out with linens and most anything you would need for your stay provided. Location is fantastic, quite but only minutes into Apex.

Easy Fishing

The house is very nice and well supplied. The beds are real comfortable,we both slept well.We had easy access to both lakes. Close enough to come in for lunch and get back to it for the afternoon. We would stay there again.

We came down for a quick fishing tournament over the weekend. The house was great …perfect size for the two of us, clean, easy to access, plenty of room for our truck & boat . The owner was easy to contact and responded immediately. Loved it !

All the Comforts of Home!

We had a lovely stay at this charming cottage. The hosts have furnished it beautifully and made sure we had everything we needed. They were available to answer any questions we had and even came by to show us how the TV worked. As an added plus, the bed was extremely comfortable. We slept better than we do at home! We used and appreciated the small gym room in the cottage. There was also an electronic piano that I enjoyed playing. Both the property and the hosts are warm and inviting. We would definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed the home. It was extremely clean and nice touches. Often we get instructions on what extras to bring but all the instructions were in the “cabin”. This is an older home so the bath is smaller, but worked perfect for us.
