Nice house architecture, but beat up

The house was nicely designed and had very nice plantings, but recently painted was done poorly. Kitchen adequately supplied, but living room furniture was scant. We used our coolers for end tables. The lawn was littered with shingles, dog poop, and cigarette butts

Hi Frank , i know my handyman did not put the center table which i already had, i am sorry , the house was just recently painted outside and inside al white , and regarding the backyard if you saw cigarette butts, and dog poop, and shingle i am confident the place is clean in and out i have a full time worker , handyman , cleaners and landscaper to take care of the place now looking under the rocks is another story

Disappointed

The house wasn’t cleaned properly. We found multiple bottles of mixed narcotics in the bathroom drawer. There was expired food in the refrigerator, the outlets had wires hanging out and some of the outlets didn’t work along with most of the lights. The tv was broken in one room and leaning against the wall as a prop. The pool area is screened in but the screens are mostly ripped away so no it is not enclosed. The thermostat could not be controlled so it stayed extremely hot during the day and freezing at night time. We found a some dead cockroach’s in the bottom of the kitchen drawer. The cameras around the house face toward the pool so we didn’t feel comfortable swimming. And the owner showed up at 7am the 1st morning we woke up and came inside the house. We left early and did not stay there because we felt uncomfortable. The house is not as described. We won’t be back to this house or be using this host again.

Kennedy 1) I had send you the code and check in time 4 pm , you came at 10 am many hours before without request the reason you"ve got upset because i called you and let you know i was aware . that showed the lack of respect, not following the rental rules to start 2)booked for one there were three cars outside and the beds had being used 2) you called at 6 am to tell me you were irritated because was to cold thats the reason i went to show you the thermostat operation. that was the only time i was there. also you asked for garage remote, and asked about shower head knob also you apologized because you called early, and said was a nice place and did not mention that the place was dirty 3)if the house was not cleaned like you said why you did not say and stayed until the end , the house was cleaned one day before there was no food in the fridge only bottle water 4) the tvs work , you dropped and disconnected the tv from the third bedroom 5) cameras does not point the pool is on the far left corner toward the side I had many guests that left me nice notes, and many good amazing reviews on other rentals nobody complained only once about internet drop . it can be a problem in the house but according to you are too many is it because the many guests i had see different than you * The rating was meant to another guest because my cleaner found the place very dirty doghair which you did not disclosed and tv face down and disconnected also i would not like to have so much negativity again so i wont accept any other request from you
