Unit 7 is located on the upper floor, and you will need to ascend approximately 30 stair steps to reach it.

There is reverse cycle heating/air conditioning in the living zones and additional portable heaters for the bedrooms



The neighbourhood


Bondi Icebergs Club is an international landmark which is not to be missed! The home of Winter swimming since 1929 this famous pool is open to visitors all year round. Located above the pool is a fabulous clubhouse where you can enjoy sweeping views over the pool and Bondi beach as you drink or dine.
Drop in to Totti's casual Italian eatery (just make sure you come hungry). Serving up simple yet sumptuous Italian favourites, there is something for everyone at this Bondi landmark.
You cant stay here without checking out the gorgeous beaches - iconic surfers paradise Bondi beach is on your doorstep and the beautiful Bronte beach is not far. Or take a stroll along the Bondi to Coogee Coastal Path to take in the view of them all!
For an evening to remember, head to Carbon, a Mexican eatery serving traditional charcoal smoked parrilla. They also offer an upmarket bottomless brunch too!


There are great public transport links around this property. If you don't have a car we recommend a number of car-sharing apps such as Uber and Taxify.

Maintenance & Booking Policy Note:

We are committed to providing efficient maintenance services. However, please be aware that we can only attend to maintenance issues during regular work hours. Callouts cannot be confirmed on weekends (Fridays 4 pm - Monday 10 am) and public holidays, as well as outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am, Monday-Friday). We understand the importance of prompt repairs and will respond to all requests within 24 hours, arranging tradespeople during work hours.

Our deposit policy requires a 50% payment at the time of booking, and credit card transactions will have a non-refundable fee of 3.5%.

The security bond will only be held through pre-authorization 1-2 days before arrival. Depending on the property's size, this pre-authorization hold will range from $500 to $2,000 and is required 1 day prior to arrival. Selected properties may request guests' IDs for verification.

To avoid credit card fees, guests can opt for bank transfers for payment. Please inform the host in advance if you will use this payment method.
