Beautiful, clean & comfortable place for couples and families.
For a getaway staycation or while attending events and functions in the city.
The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place near Southern Cross Station. Skybus.
Lots of shopping retail and cafes around the area.
Carpark available at $30/day upon request. Secured & covered located in the next building. ⛔️ Max 2 meters and for sedans or small size cars only. Please contact in advance.
The space
Located at the corner of LONSDALE and SPENCER Street.
Opposite to the Southern Cross station;
Sky bus terminal to the Melbourne airport and Avalon airport;
Free trams (within the free tram zone) and buses at the corner of the building.
Across the street: Spencer Outlets (clothing, homeware, pharmacy), Coles supermarket. And so many good foods!
That's the beauty of CBD:)
A few minutes walk: Bourke Street Mall, Collins street (luxury shopping), China Town, Crown Casino, Direct Factory Outlets (DFO) South Wharf, Marvel Stadium, Melbourne Convention Exhibition Centre (MCEC), and so many more, walk to everything.

Bathroom with central supplied hot water, no need to wait for the next shower.
The building complex has swipe card access to the
entrance and lifts. All the safety features are for your peace of mind.

For the safety of our guests, fresh towels and sheets and quality toiletries are provided, so that you can stay as confidently as you were at home.
Complimentary body wash, bath towel and hairdryer, as well as coffee powder, tea, and water.

Other things to note
Smoke Detectors - Smoke detectors within the common areas are also sensitive to dust and other similar particles. Make sure your apartment door is shut if you undertake any work in your apartment. At no time should smoke from your apartment i.e. burnt toast/food etc. be allowed to access your floor passageway as this may cause the smoke detectors to activate. Passageway smoke detectors are linked to the MFB. If this occurs please open your balcony doors or windows and not your apartment door.
False Alarm - Should a guest accidentally set off a fire alarm the offender will be required to pay for the cost of the fire services call out fee. Please note that with a Building of this size at least three (3-4) fire trucks will attend at an approximated cost of $2,000 per truck.
