Our apartment is in a residential building. It is best suited to 4 guests but can sleep up to 6.

*Main bedroom: 1 x Queen bed
*Second Bedroom: You have the choice of either a king bed "OR" 2 x long singles. We do not have a king bed and 2 singles in this bedroom.
*Lounge room: Sofa bed that opens out to a double bed.
A total of 4 beds available in this apartment.

We supply a starter kit for your convenience which includes bathroom, laundry and kitchen amenities.
A perfect place to both relax and also experience the buzzing activity of the CBD.
Located close enough to effortlessly attend events or visit the many attractions Melbourne's CBD has to offer.
However, the apartment is located on the Yarra River frontage, just out of the CBD, offering a more peaceful ambience to retreat from the hustle and bustle.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment and a balcony with stunning River Views.
Guests will also have access to the building's many amenities including an indoor heated swimming pool, a gym, outdoor rooftop gardens and bbq, an outdoor gym and communal lounge areas with free WiFi.

Absolute Yarra River frontage. There are many waterfront restaurants and coffee shops in the docklands precinct including Victoria Harbour, which is only a few minutes walk from the apartment. A short stroll to Marvel Stadium for AFL and many other sporting and entertainment events. Very close to Southern Cross Station. Walking distance to the Docklands Precinct. Close to Crown Casino, the Aquarium and Southbank. For sports fans, a short train or tram ride will take you to the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) and Rod Laver Arena, and AAMI Park.

Located in Melbourne CBD's free Tram zone, with trams stops right out front of your building complex.
Close to Southern Cross Train Station.
There are also Taxi Ranks nearby and plenty of Uber drivers only a few minutes away.

Please understand we are not a hotel neither a Travel Agent. You have made a reservation to stay in my private apartment, which is in a residential building complex. This is entirely "SELF CHECK IN". There is no concierge or staff onsite.

*LONG STAYS
All bookings of 21 nights or more, must have a mid-stay cleaning service. You will have the option of a basic apartment clean at $180 or Thorough complete turnover Clean including fresh linen at $220.
Cleaning services for longer term bookings will be negotiated to allow for our team to periodically clean, maintain and inspect the property.

NB: Once the Welcome Gift Pack amenities run out, guests will need to purchase their own for the remainder of their stay.
*All bookings are *NOT* confirmed until the Hosts IDV Form process has been completed by the Primary booking guest. THIS IS COMPULSORY FOR ALL BOOKINGS.
