Amazing stay
A comfortable stay, the house has all the appliances and necessities including heated mattresses, heaters, cleaning supplies, kitchen supplies. The house is bigger than I had expected with a long driveway and spacious backyard in a quiet street! Had an amazing stay!

Our Stay
Our stay was comfortable and the house suited our needs. Having separate bedrooms was fantastic! The hosts were helpful when we needed information and even brought a plug to us when we couldn't find the one that was supposed to be there.
I would recommend this accommodation to others.

Suited our needs well. Beds were comfy. Appreciated the A/C and fans. Would have liked instructions for TV. Could not access apps or free to air channels. The back yard could be tidied up more for kids to play.

We love to stay in Kingswoog, which near to Penrith mutual City. Walking distance to Restaurant, and nearby to Nepean Hospital, Nepean River, and school.
What makes this property unique
we have invest a lot of money to make this house more intelligent and create more comfortable for our guest to stay, which include following.
- Install the Digital Smart Access for Main Door with keyless access.
- Setup a computer Room include Laptop and External 29" Monitor fo rsearch internet or play games.
- Iron , Iron Board, and dryer provide.
- during this winter season, we have invest and setup Heating Map on top of all Bedroom Mattress. Which our guest will sleep with warming environment.
- Invest for TV Box, our Guest and enjoy for watching hundred of Live Channel include the country as USA& Canada, Sport, AUstralia, Singapore, India ,Thailland, Japan, China, Taiwan, Korea, and Indonesia.
