The apartment is part of a heritage manor, this very spacious and elegant apartment has been completely renovated in a manner that keeps the character of the house and at the same time gives you all the convince of modern living.
The house in located very close to all amenities, great restaurants, hiking trails, golf courses 3 within 10 minute drive.
About a 5 minute walk to train station and bus depot, and a 4 minute walk to Guelph general hospital.
And a 10,minute drive will get you to Guelph university.
At dusk, this apartment has the most beautiful view of downtown ,and spectacular sunsets.

Excellent amenities and very friendly host! Very beautiful building. The whole building is divided into individual apartments so you get privacy and dont have to share with anyone.
