- The local free hop skip jump bus stops 50m away on the opposite corner of Wood and Marshall St.

- To access the on-site parking, go down the driveway. The apartment parking is 2nd on your left.
- Garage Entry high restriction is 1.9m. The garage dimensions are 2.5m x 4.8m.
- Windows in the direction of the rain may need to be closed.
- The cantilever umbrella should not be used in high winds.
- Bifold balcony door should be latched when open to avoid injury from slamming shut.
- There are stairs to access the property
