There are 2 bathrooms, lockable carport plus space for a further 2 cars.

Enjoy convenience and comfort with this beautifully appointed South Toowoomba home.

When location is important, you simply cannot go past the massive "Somerset Cottage", that can host up to 10 guests*!!

The character home with gorgeous terracotta roof has amazing polished timber floors throughout.

A massive lounge room with reverse cycle air-conditioning greets you as you enter the home. There is a smart TV with Netflix for your entertainment.

The well appointed, eat in kitchen offers electric cooking and all the comfort of home with coffee, tea, milo, pantry staples and even some goodies to enjoy on arrival!

3 bedrooms are included as standard:

Bedroom 1: Queen Bed
Bedroom 2: 2x King Single Beds
Bedroom 3: 2x King Single Beds

For more than 6 guests, the following is available on request (extra charges of $50 per person/ per night applies):

Bedroom 4: 1x King Single Bed plus single bed pull out trundle
Pull out double sofa bed in lounge room

All bedrooms, living & kitchen are equipped with reverse cycle air conditioners.

There are two bathrooms. A beautifully renovated shower over bath in the main plus a second shower & separate toilet located in the internal laundry.

There is also off street parking including a single, lockable carport plus a concrete driveway for a further 2 vehicles.

Relax & unwind with the enormous covered outdoor entertainment area and generous yard for the kids to run around!

**The balance of the shed is locked off as storage for the owner. They do not access.

A little disappointed

The house was lovely and cosy. However I feel it wasn’t worth the money we paid. I have stayed at other properties in Toowoomba which were less expensive, presented much better and had lots more to offer. It is in a good location and the host was pleasant to deal with.

Great Location

A bit pricy but great location. Older style. Supposed to sleep 10 but only 6 dining chairs. No out door BBQ facilities. because we were a group of 9 with only the two bathrooms. 2 decided to stay elsewhere so this was a bit sad. I booked knowing 2 bathrooms but hoped that would suffice. No garbage bin liners left for us to clean up. Coffee mugs terribly stained so we cleaned them all as well as the champagne glasses as one was pretty gross. Otherwise not a bad property. We met one of the cleaners who was lovely.
