Nantucket is set into the tranquil area, with balconies wrapping three sides of the house, providing multiple perfect spots to relax and recharge, whether that be kicking back with a book while basking in the sunshine or long lunches in the shade of the deck, with wine in hand.

Entering light filled Nantucket via the steps and balcony, you are immediately met with a warm, charming and nostalgic Hamptons feel. The kitchen is central to the home overlooking both the dining and casual seating space - with fireplace centrally positioned. The kitchen is very well equipped with quality Delonghi coffee machine, dishwasher, beautiful Bellina oven, tea set (for afternoon tea and cake on the deck - why not your on holidays!) and walk in pantry (which we have stocked with the basics for you). The lounge, kitchen and sitting area has a large air-conditioner for those warmer days.

On one end of this heart of the home you will find the lounge room and study (that can be closed off to the central space). The loungeroom is appointed with a large and comfy leather lounge, 60inch smart TV so you can connect to your favourite apps with ease. On the other end you will find a cosy reading nook and then into the main bedroom. This space is so relaxing, featuring stained glass windows, king bed and a private balcony with double french doors, looking out across the nature reserve. Of course private ensuite bathroom also.

Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms with beautiful high ceilings, giving a distinct loft feel to the spaces. Bedroom two features a queen bed and looks down over the kitchen and dining room from the balcony void. The third bedroom houses a single bunk, single bed and a spare mattress (if using the spare mattress you need to provide your own linen for it - mattress protector and pillow provided). It is a large and light filled room that the kids can enjoy together.

The backyard is very large and provides plenty of space to enjoy an afternoon fireplace, a game of backyard cricket, a game of bocce or kick a ball around.

We have tried to think of everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable! The cupboards are full of games, books, bocce, cricket set etc and we hope you enjoy taking time out from "life" and enjoy connecting with your special people while staying with us at Nantucket.

We have chosen to use Zero Co body and bath products supporting a cause we are passionate about. Zero Co are a sustainable and eco friendly product that aims to "untrash the planet" removing plastic waste from the ocean to produce their forever bottles - and the products are amazing!

The local area has so much to offer with world class restaurants and wineries including Rick Steins Restaurant and Bar at Bannisters and Cupids winery, all within a few minutes drive. Ulladulla town centre is only a five minute drive south and provides shopping, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets (Coles, Woolworths & Aldi), cinema etc. It is also home to the famous Ulladulla Ocean Pool. However if you fancy a more boutique experience a trip over to the quaint village of Milton is highly recommended. Wandering the streets of Milton feels like you have gone back in time, as you hop from bespoke homewares and gift shops to tea houses.

Only a 3 hour drive from Sydney, there is so much to explore and experience within in the local shire.

We provide all bed and bathroom linen for your stay (excluding spare mattresses and beach towels).
