Some upgrades for your comfort will be found in this spacious coastal retreat. A spiral staircase takes guests upstairs to the 2 bedroom accommodations (1 King, 2 Singles, and 1 Full), full washer/dryer and semi-private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee.

This rental comes with 2 off street private parking spots, owner also offers 1 in neighborhood street parking permit for an extra car. This unit is non-smoking and/or vaping of any kind!

This two story townhome features an open floor plan concept with the living room, kitchen, dining area and access to the rear patio. Queen sleeper available in the living room with new large flat-screen tv and newly renovated powder room.

Guests are required to bring linens and or towels for your stay. A linen package may be purchased through the host.
