Enter this wonderful 3/2 Designer pool home in the Village of Santo Domingo! This home is in a great location for everything, hit up Spanish Springs Town Square for live music every night and happy hour. Try a round of golf at the El Diablo Exec Golf Course or grab a bite to eat at the Hacienda Hill Golf Course & Country club. For those hot Florida days, take a swim at the El Santiago Family Pool or Saddle Brook Adult Pool & Rec Center.Close to many restaurants and shopping, the possibilities are endless.
The Vera Cruz has an open layout with plenty of space for friends and family, the large living room has a large TV with streaming apps and plenty of seating. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, and access to the pool area. Don’t forget the master bathroom with double sinks, vanity, and walk-in shower. Both guest bedrooms feature king size beds, located on each side of the guest bathroom with tub/shower combo. Walk out to the screened in pool area to take a swim in the home's private pool, which is heated by solar panels (temperature is not adjustable). Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy relaxing on the cushioned lounge chairs in the birdcage to watch the sunrise. This home will not last long, book it before it’s gone!

Beautiful home in the Villages

The home was perfect for our stay in the Villages .the home was clean, well supplied, spacious and the screened in pool was a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

So-So

House is nice. Sure could use some pool chairs to lounge in. Just one very small couch like sitting. Needs to be a nicer pool area. Pool has some age on it. One really bad stain which could easily be remedied. The house has a nice layout and the neighborhood is very quiet. I would not hurry back.

While the pool does show some signs of age, there are still areas around it to sit and relax. The stain you mentioned is unfortunate, but it does not impact the usability of the pool. We aim to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests, and will look into addressing the areas you've noted. We hope you'll consider giving us another try in the future.

Pool not usable for 5 out of 14 nights

Rented this house specifically for the pool. It has a giant stain in it, but the water was clean, and the temp was a beautiful 84 degrees. The solar heater was working perfectly. We knew the pool cleaner was coming on Wednesday. But we WERE NOT told a pool repair person would be there Thursday. He just showed up. Apparently the pool had leaks. He turned off the pump, and patched the leaks. Also had us add 5 inches of water.. pool is now 75, and unuseable. Pump had to stayy off for 24 hours. We were told it would come back on, but it didnt. So we called. No answer,. We left several messages, and spoke with whoever answered the phone.. Finally the pool guy told us how to turn on the pump, but the heater never started working. More calls and messages left. Monday we decided to leave. Left ANOTHER message that the pool was still leaking, as water was down again, and the heater was still not working. Finally, the property manager texted. Yes, texted. She knew we were upset, and still couldnt be bothered to call. Not only would I NOT rent this house again, I wouldnt rent ANYTHING managed by Remax.
