サウナの電源切った後の換気扇なのか音がうるさく１階の寝室で寝られない程でした。暫くして止みましたがサウナの電源を切る時間は注意した方が良い。 チェックインが全員宿泊者情報の登録が必要で面倒くさかったです。

今回は、孫の4さいの誕生日とも重なり、騒いでも気兼ねなく泊まれる宿を探してました。3階、屋上でのバーベキューもでき大満足。孫達は虫嫌いなのでどうかなと思いましたが蚊も飛んでなく風があり熱くもなく快適、お隣の声も聞こえましたが気になりませんでした。ただ、テーブルの足のところがきちんとはまらなかった。のが残念。また、楽天のお宿利用します。

1棟貸しで快適で部屋も綺麗で良かったと思います

1棟貸しで快適で部屋も綺麗で良かったと思います。 ですが設備のメンテナンスが不十分だと感じました。 テラスのテーブルは一つ破損していて使えない、屋内用のホットプレートは使い古されていて正直汚い、備え付けの洗濯機は何度やっても脱水でエラーが起き、旅行先なのに洗濯物がびちょびちょのまま袋に入れて持ち帰りました。 タブレットを使ってビデオ通話でチェックインと説明が行われるのですが、オペレーターが外国の方で、なんとか聞き取れるくらいのギリギリの日本語での対応でした。 この程度の人がオペレーターやってるなら施設の清掃やメンテナンスもその程度なんだろうなと思ってしまいました。 楽天が経営してるので全く問題ないだろうと安心して宿泊しましたが、建物や部屋が綺麗なこと以外は正直微妙だと感じたので、もう利用しないかなと思います。 1棟貸しって正直どこまで片付ければいいのかもあまりわからなくて、 綺麗にして返さないとダメかな〜と思い、洗い物や掃除などでチェックアウト前にバタバタしてしまい、旅行なのになんとも休まらない宿泊になってしまいました。
