This cozy, South facing lake view condo offers a restful outdoorsy vibe with quick, easy access to downtown and uptown amenities. Enjoy a quiet morning coffee from your unobstructed private patio terrace overlooking the James Chabot Provincial Park, while planning your day's activities. This newly renovated (new flooring March 2022) and updated condo is pet friendly (small dogs only) and is set up comfortably for two families , one large family, or a large group to enjoy all year round.

Wonderful time at Nader’s condo

We wanted a place to relax after hiking and Nader’s place was excellent. The kitchen, living, dining and sleeping areas were all so well suited for a group of 5 of us. Thank you Nader!

Bright, clean, fabulous location.

We stayed at this condo for 3 nights and enjoyed the local ski hill and hot springs. We felt at home immediately with the little thoughtful touches the host made available - from cozy blankets in the living room to the plethora of board games to play. Highly recommend this gem.

Golf Weekend

Clean, nice view from the balcony however the air-conditioning was not working or repaired during a very hot weekend

Fun Family stay

This property was perfect for our stay with our younger children. The double bunk and spare room room were great for multiple kids and we put our infant in a playpen in the walk through master closet. The condo was well equipped with kitchen supplies, beach chairs, wagon, extra blankets, etc. Nader was quick to respond to any questions or requests we had. The buildings had a nice hot tub that we used, unfortunately we just missed the pool since it opens May long weekend. The area was beautiful. We enjoyed going to fairmont hot springs, Funtasia mini golf, golfing, hikes, and the last couple of hot days we went to James Chabot beach right by the condo. Beautiful set up that we will plan to stay at again and would definitely recommend!
