Thanksgiving reunion

The house is beautiful. It was great for a large gahering. The kitchen was perfect, large enough for several people to do cooking. Appreciated the double stove, 2 refrigerators and dishwashers for a big group. Very well stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware and cooking utensils. Lots of bathrooms was a plus. The elevator was a big bonus as we had 2 family members needing it. Great stay

New Year Family Holiday Trip

The house is new construction and we loved the top floor kitchen living space. It was great that every bedroom has a bathroom. The house floors were so dirty all our feet and socks were black by the first few hours. We actually had to completely mop the whole house on the 2nd day and get everyone out as it was not comfortable to keep walking around in with the floors so dirty. The pool wasnt covered or winterized which was unsafe for us with little ones staying there as they could easily have just gotten into the pool if we were in the back yard area. The additional fees for property mgmt and cleaning did also almost double our 3 night stay - which was more than i have had for other VRBO stays. Also, the welcome starter packs dont get you through 1 day - so make sure you pack all of those items needed! Again, house is new construction and furniture was really well done, so it was a good layout for our 4 families staying.

Jennifer, We regret you did not have the experience you expected in this beautiful property. Future guests should be aware there are surcharges to the guest when you book through this platform and we are unable to dismiss those fees. We do supply toilet paper in each bathroom, soap, dishwashing detergent, and of course all beds are made with towels and kitchen linen provided at no extra charge. Unfortunately, we did not properly advise you the supplies are not unlimited. We hope you give us another chance and will book directly with us next time to save expense.
