Run Family Getaway

Our stay was the perfect location between the lake and Branson's strip. The security gave us confidence to let our kids go out for walks on their own. The condo and facilities were wonderful. My kids used the weight room every day! Easy to get in and out of the condo and community! Would highly recommend!!

The condo set up was great! The only issue we had was the pull out couch’s mattress was quite rough to sleep on. It was just an old sleeper mattress. It was clean. The springs were just easily felt. The other beds were great! The actual couches were great! Overall we would stay there again we would just not count on using the pull out sofa bed.

Branson Golf Resort Condo

This two bedroom condo was just what we needed for our week in Branson. It is conveniently located within 15 minutes of all the shows, and other entertainment. But best of all is only one block from the Pointe Royal Golf course clubhouse. It is located on the second floor of the building with adequate parking.

Location off the crazy main road but not far and nice neighborhood. The only problem we had was the door in the master bedroom to balcony didn’t lock.

We stayed Wednesday-Sunday. We enjoyed our stay. We used the pool everyday and ate at the club house multiple times. We always felt safe and were close to attractions but off of the main drag. The bed was very comfortable. The only thing I would say is the upstairs neighbors are very noisy. Lots of stomping all hours of the day and night. This is the first Vrbo we have stayed at that doesn’t have common things like salt, pepper, or many towels, dish towels, ect. The washer and dryer was nice to have and worked well. One other thing there is a vacuum cleaner that I tried To use to clean up and it just didn’t pick anything up. We even tried cleaning it out and it just spit the dirt back out. Not the owners fault I’m sure they have no idea. We would come back.

Delightful Condo and Community

We were impressed with this property the moment we drove up. The property is in a golf course community with many amenities and onsite dining. The condo itself was cozy, well appointed and exactly what we needed for our family of 4. The owners had extra thoughtful touches like games and jigsaw puzzles in the family room, cozy and comfortable beds, extra travel size toiletries and kitchen basics so we didn't have to run back out for every little thing. (Plus a very well stocked kitchen for everything you need!) We had great communication with both the owners and the property manager. We really could not have asked for a nicer property and stay. We would absolutely stay there again!

Rolling Stones Weekend

The condo is exactly as pictured. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck eating meals & playing games. This is the 1st property we rented that did not have basic spices & supplies- salt, pepper, cooking spray, foil & Saran Wrap. We enjoyed the hiking trail on site & pickle ball courts. We had 3 adults in our group and the condo was very comfortable. Property also offered golf, indoor & outdoor swimming pool (nice kiddie pool area) & hot tub but we did not have enough time to use these amenities.

Some things not functional

The closet doors would not shut due to the carpet ply being so high. They were off their tracks and hard to move. The bathroom featured a jacuzzi shower combo in the master. The jacuzzi tub would not switch from shower mode to tub mode. So it was not functional to use. It did work as a shower only. When the heater came on it made a loud rattling noise each time it went on and off and made it hard to sleep to. We did like the closeness of the condo to the pool and hot tub. We've stayed at Pointe Royale many times and normally have a good time.

Do not recommend

Not clean- mold/mildew in the hall bathroom on the sink and shower curtain. Property manager said the porcelain on the sink is damaged so can’t be cleaned properly but she offered to come change the curtain after I sent a picture to prove it. Tub bottom doesn’t look cleaned at all. Kitchen not well furnished and appliances are over 10-15 years old including the toaster which would cost $20 at Walmart to replace. Closet doors don’t close or open because they are jammed on the carpet. Also was told that was something they knew about but couldn’t do anything about. Which is not correct because you could sand/trim the bottom of the doors so they fit properly. Cheetos found under the bed. Dresser drawers won’t stay on track so they fall out and are hard to open/close. Handle on the other dresser fell off which we fixed. When we stripped the linens off the bed per checkout protocol the pillows were yellow. I feel bad for the property owner who pays a third party to keep this property clean and maintained and are obviously not doing what they are paid for.
