“The Salty Mint” is the ideal location for your beach vacation! Nestled in live oak trees and a quick walk across the street to the beach, the property provides a serene setting to unwind. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has been completely remodeled and completely re-decorated by a professional stager.

As you enter the property, the Queen guest bedroom will be your first stop on the right. The room is tastefully decorated with neutrals to create a calm space. A dresser and closet allow for ample space to store all your outfits for the week. Across the way you will find the second bedroom with a Twin over Full bunk bed with a fun, nautical theme. A bean bag chairs provides the perfect place to sit back, relax, and enjoy your favorite show before bed. There is a bright and clean full bathroom in the hall that both bedrooms share.

The primary bedroom has a King bed, inviting décor, and slider for access to the large outer deck. The deck has a small bistro set outside of the bedroom for sipping your morning coffee while listening to the waves crash in the distance. An on suite bathroom accompanies this bedroom with a bright vanity and shower enclosed with a glass door.

The main open concept area of the property houses the kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen has all the modern updates from the countertops to the stainless-steel appliances. The large island can accommodate any overflow from the dining area with barstools neatly tucked away. The living room flows from the dining area and emits a cozy, coastal vibe with serene views through the large sliders. The outdoor deck has a large table for those warm summer nights when no one wants to come inside.

Ocean Dunes is an ideal year-round vacation spot for families! Located at the southern end of Pleasure Island, in Kure Beach next to Historic Fort Fisher, Ocean Dunes occupies one mile of beachfront with several private beach walkways. Included with your reservation is access to all the amenities Ocean Dunes offers, as well as the Recreation Center. Amenities include three outdoor pools, a children's playground, tennis courts, a basketball court and a shuffleboard court. The Recreation Center has an indoor pool, whirlpool/spa, fitness center, saunas, and showers.

Don't miss the historic Fort Fisher area, and of course the NC Aquarium is a wonderful place to explore. You'll want to dine out at some of our outstanding restaurants and visit the Boardwalk in Carolina Beach for fireworks on Thursday Nights and Britt's Doughnuts anytime. There is a local farmers market at the Carolina Beach Lake each Saturday morning, and outdoor movies on Sunday evenings. You'll never be bored on Pleasure Island.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
