10 Minutes to Creation Museum, Perfect North Slopes. Hollywood Casino is a few minutes walk away. Lots of dining and entertainment in downtown Lawrenceburg.

Located off of I-275, in Downtown Lawrenceburg, Indiana. A private garage, with breezeway pass through to the 2 bedroom apartment with spacious kitchen and great view of the parks in the rear. The apartment has a fenced in yard for security and privacy. In the rear sits the community center, baseball fields, public swimming pool, dog park and skate park. Lots of restaurants, churches, and pubs are located in and around the entertainment district. The river walk, Lawrenceburg Convention center, Ivy tech community college, Hollywood casino, Perfect North Slopes, the Creation Museum, and lots of other attractions are near by or also within walking distance.

Fabulous restaurants to walk to include Kentucky Fried Chicken Buffet, Whiskey's fine dining, River Watch floating barge for fine dining, The Lawrenceburger, The Brickyard Cafe, and many more.

We loved staying here. It was a nice clean house plenty or room and very clean. Will definitely stay here again if we go back to this area.

Enjoyed the small town feel!It's the sort of place you don't feel the need to lock your doors!Everyone was very friendly.Nice place to visit to get away from it all but not to far from the city if a faster pace is what ur lookin for!

Nice quiet location.

Enjoyed staying here only 10 minutes from the Creation Museum. Plenty of room for the two of us. Lots of electric receptacles. Bed was soft yet firm enough. Garage available for our vehicle. Only antennae service on TV if that's a concern for you. Good internet reception. Minor problem: microwave had to be unplugged when not in use because the fan would not cut off. Major problem: thermostat not in apartment - must request temperature change from landlord.
