It has incredible views of the park, shared interior courtyard that is fenced and secure, and a carport in the back for parking. Walk to restaurants and shops. Phoenix Theatre Company, Phoenix Art Museum, the Heard Museum, Burton Bar Library, light rail, a wonderful dog park and more are just steps away. Stay in the heart of it all.

• The apartment does not have traditional cable TV, but guests can access live cable channels through a "YouTube TV" subscription.
• Guests are instructed to click on the home app on the TV to access all the available channels.

2. Parking:
• Free street parking is available in front of the building.
• There's also a carport in the back alley, and it operates on a first-come, first-serve basis for guests.

A lovely efficiency style VRBO. The surroundings and decor are very well done and upon return always give you a “welcome back” feel. The kitchen was stocked with the perfect amount of supplies to enjoy a little cooking indoors. I am not a dog owner and hesitate to stay where animals are welcome. This unit could have been cleaner showing evidence of animals having stayed here. Attention to detail would be an improvement. The sheets were extremely thin and stained; the under counter lights would soften the atmosphere but were not working and corroded. The main clock above the sink was not working and baseboards and ledges were dusty. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in PHX.

Great Stay at Chelsea Place

Chelsea Place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The apartment had all of the amenities we needed to make our stay really enjoyable. We love the location. Very convenient for access to downtown. We noticed the unit did not have a dishwasher. A dishwasher would make the property more desirable. Also there was not enough towels for two people and a rug by bed would be good. We did not see a broom or dust pan, or a mop. These items would come in handy. Also, there was no ice trays or a way to make any ice in the unit. Also, It may be a good idea to edge the vanity with trim to keep guests from dropping items down the sides of the vanity.
