With only footsteps to the sand and sea, this stylish and versatile property is perfect for accommodating the whole family whilst also being large enough for everyone to enjoy their own separate spaces.

Location is second to none, East Corrimal Beach, Bellambi Lagoon, a beautiful park with a playground and a bike track is right across the road. Walk, ride, or run along the coast right into the heart of Wollongong!

Bedroom 1 is the only bedroom located upstairs at the property and is the main bedroom of the house. With a king bed and ensuite with a bath and shower, you will wake up to the stunning view of the sunrise over the ocean and park right from your bed.

Bedroom 2 is located downstairs and has both a queen bed and a king single, perfect for a family set up.

Living Room 1 is located downstairs and can be a closed off space to feel like a private bedroom. There is a double sofa bed to accommodate up to 2 people.

Bed sheets and towels are not included you can choose the convenient option to hire these or bring your own.

Living Room 2 has a sitting space, TV, and a Queen bed with a screen that can separate the area for privacy. The floor to ceiling glass doors have blinds for a peaceful night sleep, or leave them open and wake up to the sunrise over the pool... you will feel like you are in a resort from the moment you wake up!

With a kitchen both upstairs and downstairs, the whole family can get together and enjoy a relaxing beachside holiday whilst having the space they need to themselves!

Beach house holiday

Our holiday home was perfect for our family of 4 and 2 fur babies We had a park straight across from us and across from the park was the beach and to left of beach was off leash dog beach which was perfect for our 2 border collies fur babies Everything was close and it made our stay that much easier ,with a 10 min drive into Wollongong city The house was beautiful and big enough for more than just our family ,very roomy ,I would recommend this home and def come back again .

Great location and service

The property was situated in a nice location opposite a park and beach. I needed assistance before and during my stay and found the property manager and host very helpful, responsive and accommodating. The weather didn't permit us to use the pool, but we enjoyed the convenient location and proximity to the beaches and attractions. We enjoyed our stay, loved that our pooch was welcome and highly recommend!

Amazing property

Firstly a big shout out to Tracey for all her help. We came from the U.K. and knew nothing of the area so picking a property wasn’t easy. Sea change is an absolutely gorgeous property and is well kitted out with high end furniture and appliances Obviously the best feature is the pool and we made good use of it. The location just yards from the beach and lake is absolutely fantastic and Corrimal has lots to offer with an abundance of eating places and local shops and is a great base for trips to Sydney and Kiama and everywhere in between To say we enjoyed our stay in Sea change is a massive understatement we absolutely loved it and hope to return in 2025 If you find it available snap it up and you won’t regret it
