This tidy townhouse has plenty to offer for business travellers, friends or families alike.

Complete with three spacious bedrooms, two convenient bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, comfy living area and a private courtyard to relax and unwind with a glass of local wine and a book in hand.

The townhouse is located in a great family area, with parkland & walking tracks close by.
It is also on the way out to the Hospital for those visiting family.

There is a lockup garage but it is a small garage. A ute would not fit inside. There is parking in the driveway and free street parking also.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home for the duration of their stay.

The Neighborhood:
Here you are in a great spot with close access to the Orange Base Hospital, Aquatic Centre, Orange CBD, Skate Park, Elephant Park and numerous walking tracks and parkland.

In less than a 5 minutes drive you will find yourself in the CBD where you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out, bars, parks, boutique shopping and more.

Some of our best cellar doors and vineyards are less than a 10 minutes drive away with Phillip Shaw being only a 5 minutes drive.

Short Stay In Orange for a Special Birthday Celbration

Pleasant stay and great location. Unfortunately upon arrival a massive storm hit and we were unable to use the remote for the garage but Pete quickly arrived to the rescue and opened the garage door and replaced the battery in the remote.
