A family's dream!
Private 2-acre waterfront lot in Notre-Dame-de-Pontmain, QC (approx. 1.5 hours from Ottawa/Orleans).
- Comfortably sleeps up to 14.
- Indoor wood-burning fireplace, outdoor fire-pit patio, outdoor gazebo with living and dining area (May - Oct).
- Summer: Beach-style water entry with dock. Motor boats allowed May-Aug (boat launch on property). Pedal boat available. Many hiking and ATV trails nearby.
- Winter: Many hiking, ATV and snowmobile trails nearby.

Long weekend

We had an amazing time, the cottage was clean and cozy. Lots of room outside and inside. Lots to do for the kids inside and the kids loved the beach area. We will definitely book here again.

Fantastic Fun Indoor Outdoor for All Ages

We are a big family with grandparents, aunts, uncles & grandkids aged 6, 2 and 11 months. Everyone had a spectacular time. This is the best equipped home we’ve seen. The toys, games and movies are incredible. Our 6-year-old could not get enough Family Feud games. The beds and linens are lovely. Kitchen has everything! Two fridges were fantastic. Can’t say enough. We had a wonderful Time.

Les hotes : 1000 etoiles sur 5 !!! Le "chalet" que dis-je, une maison, oh wow ! Nous avons pu loger 8 adultes et 4 enfants et tous, avaient leurs lits et leur intimite. La cuisine etait grande, assez pour que lon puisse cuisiner tous ensemble sans se piler sur les pieds. Tout était sur 1 étage, donc, chaler tres spacieux. Les photos ne sont pas representatives de la realite, cest 10x mieux !!! Nous avons deja hate de relouer pour nos prochains rassemblement familiale !

Quiet waterfront lot located in a quiet bay but with easy water access to the large lakes.

What makes this property unique

The property is very flat and the cottage is a bungalow. Having all the bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas on one floor and not having steps down to the water is ideal for young children and adults with mobility issues.
