Great Family Stay

Our Family had a great stay. Good space for adults and children. Yard, back deck and fire pit offer nice outside relaxing space. Location is convenient to activities in town. Looking forward to a future stay.

What a wonderful space! Thoughtful sitting options, games, comfortable rooms, and a relaxing very quick drive to the beach. The wood for the fire pit was much appreciated as well. We would certainly come back .

Feel like home

I really enjoyed being there. My family loved the house, it was so welcoming and nice. I loved that it had everything to cook meals there and table games to play with the family. Definitely is a place to go back one day.

Great accommodations!

We had a group of 10 and we were super comfortable. The house was very spacious and clean. The location was perfect. Very convenient. Would definitely recommend and we would absolutely book this place again!

Lovely vacation in Sodus Point

We had a nice relaxing weekend in Sodus Point. The place was lovely, very clean and perfect to bbq and have a s'mores in the firepit. The host was great and communicated quickly with is when needed. We also enjoyed hiking the chimney bluff and beechwood park nearby.

Wonderful stay!

What a beautiful and spacious property. My college roommate and I stayed here with our kids for a recent college friends reunion. The house was well equipped, large and comfortable, with a beautiful yard and firepit and was a short walk to both beach and lighthouse. Highly recommend!

This home was PERFECT!!! Clean, tons of little extras, a very well,stocked kitchen, beach wagon and toys available, firewood for firpit, gas grill, walkable to everything…beach, town, restaurants. Julie was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Check in a breeze, it was nice having an Alexa in the house, and the rock garden painting idea was adorable! If we ever come back to Sodus this would be the only place I’d consider to stay! Can’t say enough about it! Wonderful family vacation!!

Family Friendly Fun in Sodus Point

Amazing property...felt like home. All the amenities and more. Pretty decor and very clean...comfortable for all ages. The owner thought of everything a family would need and more. She was great answering my questions via email. Quiet neighborhood close to quaint town, playgrounds, lighthouses, beach, restaurants, ice cream, boat launch...10 minute walk either way. Inspiration rock garden...had supplies to paint rocks and add to it. Toy, games, puzzles. Fire pit with chairs, larger beach supplies available. Ceiling fans and AC for hot days. It really brought our family together for a wonderful 4 day stay! We hope to go back next year!

Perfect Getaway!

Exceeded our expectations for a girls weekend getaway! You know the house is immaculate when you wanted to stay and hangout at the house rather go out and explore this cute little town! Super clean, fully stocked, and the most beautiful charm. We felt right at home! We loved the keypad lock on the door as it was easy to come and go as we pleased without having to worry about a key. The fridge was fully stocked with beverages and condiments, and there was ice bags in the freezer, too. We felt we had everything we needed and more with how stocked and organized the home was. The beds were extremely comfortable and we all woke up saying we slept like a baby. There was not one detail forgotten! The cutest part was being greeted with the welcome board saying “welcome to sodus point besties!” Super personal cute detail which shows just how much Julie and Ed really care for their home and their guests. Ample parking, amazing food in town— everything is walking distance from the house including the beach/bay! We cannot wait to come back and will not go anywhere else when we come to Sodus Bay! Thank you Ed and Julie for an unforgettable stay!
