Plenty of kitchen ware, queen beds were so soft and the blankets/sheets were the softest/cooling. Appreciated having hard or soft pillow options. Games gave the kids something to do at night. Its hard finding pet friendly places when traveling. Sara was so fast to respond every time i had a question, check-in was a breeze. I did have to buy a night light for the kid's bc they were used to a light in rooms and some cleaning spray to wipe down counters, but everything else provided, even qtips. Would stay again.

We stayed with our family and three pups! The house was clean and had everything we needed! Sarah was easy and prompt with communication.It's a bit of a drive to downtown, like 20-25 minutes, but we didn't mind at all. The fall leaves were gorgeous!

This house was great for us. It was nice to beable to cook some meals at home. We visited Silver Dollar City, downtown Branson, Tanger Outlets, Eureka Springs, and Wolfe Mountain (zip lines). The owners were very responsive anytime we had questions and were very helpful with tips of recommendations for things to do.

Sara was such an amazing host.. the house was just as pics show online, my dad is a double amputee and the house was able to accommodate him as well. This house was exactly as described in the VRBO ad. We would stay here again. It is off the beaten path but in a quiet neighborhood. Met all of our needs and then some - there was a dog bed provided for our dog! Plenty of room inside and out. The owner was great about responding to me anytime I had a question. Overall - A great place to stay!

Great place in Branson West away from chaos if Branson.

The house is exactly as pictured on VRBO. We wanted out of the chaos of Branson and the location was great. It’s on the lake and you can see the water through the trees. There is no water access from the house (the only negative - probably out of the owners control but was a little disappointing). There is a boat dock a short drive in the same neighborhood. Not sure about a swim beach. The house itself was just as advertised. Plenty of room for our family of 5 and our fur baby. And the neighborhood had free roaming goats!

Great Lake House

This place looked exactly as photos show, and it was wonderful. House is very spacious, clean and furniture/ bedding was very comfortable. It has a nice carport also. We had no problem finding the home. Sarah was wonderful to communicate with. Anything you could possibly need was available in the home. I highly recommend this home for any vacation stay.

Great house!

My wife, our Miniature Schnauzer, Harley, and I stayed (10) wonderful days here while on vacation. The house is wonderful and the fact that it’s out away from the noise and traffic is a huge plus. Absolutely no complaints and Sarah is wonderful to work with. Great communication and easy check in. We’ll definitely check the availability of this house on our next Branson trip! Quiet Getaway

The whole family went down to Branson for fall break: elderly parents, myself and my husband, our teen daughter, and our 2 dogs! The house was great, and it had everything we needed. The dogs loved the yard. The drive to Branson was about 20 minutes, down windy, leave-covered roads. (that's a good thing!) it was beautiful! The neighborhood was quiet, and the nearby rooster would beckon every morning while we enjoyed our coffee on the covered deck. The property manager was very communicative.

The house was great for our family. Very spacious, clean and had the basic necessities for keeping things picked up and clean. It was it a nice location. Not right in town but also still able to have our groceries delivered to us. Enjoyed early mornings out on the porch getting my quiet time in with Jesus. We really enjoyed our stay in this house. It’s located 15 minutes or so from the main strip and right around the corner from some great attractions like Silver Dollar City, Brandon Show Boat Belle, Talking Rock Caverns, Billy Gail’s, etc. The home was extremely clean and the owner Sarah was more than helpful. She answered every question quickly. She even checked on us when the weather got bad. The beds are comfortable with nice linens. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need. Since we pulled our boat, the carport was a big plus to be able to leave the boat under. All in all the property was excellent. Don’t hesitate to book and enjoy a nice stay.

Great Cozy Home

The house was spacious for our family of six. They have a keurig coffee maker and coffee is provided as well as an efficient ice maker. The room with the bunk bed doesn’t have a fan so you may want to bring one if you like the breeze/sound. Camp chairs are provided for around the fire pit and there is plenty of parking room. The owners were communicative and helpful. The drive into Branson is 25-30 minutes so we found that once we were in Branson main we didn’t have the time to drive back rest between activities. With our group that was fine but if you have young children this may not be the most ideal location to retreat to for naps/rest time. We loved the house and would book it again.

Nice but not exactly quiet

First off let me just say that the manager of the property, Sarah, was extremely responsive and amazing. She checked on us after the tornado sirens and bad westhr rolled through on our first night stay. When it came to the issues we had, she was very quick to respond even super late at night. The ceiling fan in the laster bedroom was not stable if put on a high setting which we didnt need since the house stayed cold. On the listing of the house it stated it was quiet part of town, which we did not find to be quiet. The house is kind of on the corner so any vehicle that passed by, we could here. There was someone that decided to play loud and vulgar music late at night right across the street in what looked to be a school bus stop. After contacting Sarah, she took care of it very quickly by alerting the local police. Also had a scorpion show up in our shower. Again once we contacted Sarah, she said she would alert pest control. When it was time to leave, we stripped all the bedding from the beds that were used as requested to do so from The Evolve Group. On doing so i realized that most of the pillows did not have pillow protectors on them and at least one pillow was stained. All the beds used did have mattress protectors on them. Overall the house met our needs but if we were to go back, we would most likely look for somewhere else to stay.
