Apartment features large windows, is fully furnished with a boho vibe (linens not included), lots of storage space, a private entrance, green space and driveway. Great central location in a safe neighbourhood on Morin Street, near Scollard Hall. Clean, quiet, and well maintained secure building with private entrance to unit and two parking spaces included. No Pets (allergies) & No Smoking - Non-negotiable.
