Welcome to Waves at Bawley, this beautiful property is located on the South Coast of NSW. Situated on the beach front of Bawley Point’s popular Gannet Beach, enjoy beautiful views from the large verandah while you listen to serene sounds of the waves breaking only metres away…
Only a quick, leisurely stroll from the local food van ‘Flo’ and Willinga Park, Bawley Vale Estate and Jackson Ranch, just a short drive. Perfect for a family getaway or multiple couples, Waves at Bawley has all you need for a perfect escape.

Waves at Bawley is a 2-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house.

All linen is provided - just need to bring your beach towels!
Open plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area open to a large deck with outdoor dining and entertainment area. The lounge area also includes are fireplace.
The kitchen is fully equipped including coffee machine, dishwasher, and microwave. There is also a BBQ for guests to use.
Spacious rumpus room downstairs with a second lounge and TV. There is a sofa bed which can be made up for an extra guest if needed.
Large bathroom upstairs including a shower, bath, toilet, and vanity.
Second bathroom/combined laundry downstairs, with washing machine for guest use.
Large, fully fenced yard with private beach access.

A fabulous beachside stay

We had a beautiful weekend at Waves. The house was light and bright, and being just metres from the beach was pure magic. The perfect house for a wonderful Bawley Point stay.

The location offered lovely views of the ocean and a short pathway to the beach. There were 2 houses very close on either side but these were empty during our stay. We loved the layout, the fully equipped kitchen, and updated kitchen and bathrooms. We would have preferred a king-sized bed and beach chairs.

Can't beat the location!

Had a wonderful stay at this beach house, just behind the dunes of the lovely Gannet Beach! Kitchen was well equipped, beds comfortable, the two living areas were a godsend for keeping adults and children happy, and location could not be better. The welcome from Tide was a lovely touch too. Loved our stay - looking forward to staying again.
