Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Property had visible fly droppings on cabinets, dirty shower from previous guests, and no dryer, amongst others. Agreed with host to shorten stay due to conditions. After 25+ days, still no refund for 19 unused nights. VRBO and host blame each other. Forced to file chargeback. Do not recommend.

Took over 90 minutes to figure out how to get into the place. Lousy instructions about the lock box and no responses from the owner/manager for more details by messages or phone. No hints given where or how to park; if you go there, on the side of the buildings on the street it says to download an app of how to locate paid parking in Auckland which worked very well, but not a hint from the owner about doing that. Just allow the app to use location once and it will figure it all out and tell you what to do. On the plus, the apartment once in was very tiny but actually not a bad place and was as nice advertised. Had to leave our luggage in the hallway just inside the door. The Wifi does didn't work and the traffic below is very noisy all night. We didn't completely step out the door until 10:03am which didn't go well with the cleaning lady. The pool was nice in the morning by the court yard where we enjoyed maybe 3 minutes too long!
