CAMERA We want our guests to enjoy their vacation, but please be respectful of our neighbors and keep the outdoor noise to a minimum. we have a security cameras in the front of the house and in the backyard. 1000 fines will be charged for violating NO PARTY rules and noise complaints from the neighbors. The neighbors will call the cops and you will be EVICTED if you do not keep noise down outside after 11PM.

Our stay was fantastic! We enjoy the accommodations. Everything was marked and easy to figure out! We enjoyed our quality time together. Location was great. Easy to get to downtown.
Thank you for a wonderful accomodation. We had a packed house with moms and daughters for a girls ski weekend at Seymour. We had a lovely time. We wish the living room could seat a couple more people comfortably but the pullout couch upstairs was a nice feature so I understand the space is limited for more seating. The kitchen was very well stocked and organized. When preparing group meals, one more cutting board would have been helpful and the knives are very dull. We were happy with how clean the house was and the beds were all comfortable and very nice sheets.
Loved the location and the house itself. Our host thought of everything from snacks, materials and suggestions in the area to other needs. We would recommend to anyone!
Don was a wonderful host. His attention to details made us feel very welcomed. We had maps, local restaurant suggestions, and activity brochures. He was always quick to respond to questions. There was plenty of room for our group of 10. We had a great time seeing Vancouver!
We were looking to an alternative to hotels for 10 of us. Close to the PNE Form. Perfect location for our needs. Home had all the amenities we needed and more. Thank you for letting us stay in your home. S
Everything needed for our family was available. Comfortable beds; dishes; laundry; ample space for 3 children and 5 adults. Transportation from home into the city was easy and we walked to a park on the beach for an afternoon. Directions from the airport were very exact. An amazing stay and great weekend.

The house was wonderful, exactly how it is described in the listing. Went for a long weekend birthday celebration with family and friends. The house is also in a nice location with easy access to many neighborhoods of Vancouver. Host was great at communicating at all times. Would recommend.
This house accommodated 9 ladies for our annual girls trip. Six of us paired up in bedrooms upstairs and three had their own bedrooms downstairs. It was very comfortable and the house had everything we needed, including Keri’s coffee pods. One thing to note is that there is no access to the downstairs unit from within the upstairs unit. You have to go outside and access another door. A bummer for our group but maybe not for yours. We all felt the home was a bit far from downtown, Kitsilano, Granville, etc. but we just took Ubers and that turned out to be fine. Great location to easily visit the Lynn Suspension bridge though! Overall, a great stay!
The house id 10 of 10, everything is new, modern and stylish, every subtle detail in the house is well thought. The host is attentive, quick to response and friendly. The only thing I wish to know from the beginning is that the house has two entrances - one for the first floor and the other is for second floor. So there can be two parties at the same time and I was renting only the second floor, sometimes I was able to hear neighbors from the first floor. Not that it changes a lot but I’d prefer this to be clearly stated in rental listing description.
