Living Spaces
Gather in the living room, located on the 2nd floor for maximum river views. With its vaulted ceilings, comfortable furniture, TV, and cozy stone-fronted fireplace, it's the picture of riverfront relaxation. When you're not cozying up in the living room to watch a movie or play board games, spend your days in the stunning wraparound four-seasons room, which gives you a panoramic view of the riverfront and beach—perfect for people-or-boat-watching. Furnished with comfortable wicker armchairs and a dining set with seating for 6, it's the place to be to enjoy a glass of wine or your morning breakfast.

Peak & Non-Peak Season
During the peak season, this home would have a 7-night minimum and would rent Friday - Friday. If you are interested in staying a full week in the non-peak season, September through April, please send in an inquiry with your travel dates and we are happy to supply weekly pricing for your trip.

Cooking & Dining
There's plenty of room in the open kitchen to prepare gourmet meals for your group. Gather at the oversized kitchen island with seating for 6 and enjoy superb mealtime views and direct access to the deck from the sliding glass doors. Lots of high-end finishes here: granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including French door side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and oven, coffee maker, toaster, and all the utensils, dishes, and pots and pans you need to whip up your favorites.

Bed & Bath
This property has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, and comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. The primary bedroom, just off the kitchen, has a TV, and en-suite access to a full bath with tiled shower and beachy bowl sink. This bath is also accessible to other guests on the second floor. You'll also find a queen bedroom on the first floor with tasteful furnishings. Tucked into a cozy space on the top floor, find a queen size bed, flat-screen TV, and tasteful decor. Kids and teens (or the young at heart) will love staying in the third-floor bunk room, with two twin bunk beds. Another twin mattress is tucked into the murphy bed on the third-floor landing.

Outdoor Spaces
There's as much outdoor living at Black River Vista as there is indoors. Step out onto the third-floor deck and get a bird's eye view of all the happenings at the riverfront. New for 2023, a hot tub has been added to this space! There are relaxing Adirondack chairs here for you to stretch out in, or enjoy a bite or a board game at the wrought iron table. On the first floor, the property boasts a picture-perfect covered porch with plenty of seating and shade. Feeling adventurous? There are kayaks and paddleboards for your use in the garage, as well as children's toys, a fleet of bikes for getting around town, and a gas grill for cooking al fresco. No need to track sand into the house when you walk back from the beach–there's an outdoor shower right by the side entrance.
