Welcome to Shamrock Shores, a beautifully updated waterfront property, located on 4th Lake in Old Forge. Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious great room with large picture windows overlooking the lake and a stone wood-burning fireplace. With a sizable kitchen and dining area, family meals are a breeze. This home offers 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The first-floor primary suite is furnished with a queen size bed. The four additional bedrooms, a sleeping loft and full bathroom are located on the second floor. Three of these bedrooms have double/full size beds. Both the 4th bedroom and sleeping loft have 2 twins. On the property, you'll enjoy the magnificent dock that provides a myriad of activities like, fishing, swimming, boating, star gazing or dining while enjoying beautiful 4th Lake sunsets. A propane grill is available for your use, along with a lakeside fire pit. This property can be enjoyed year-round and is conveniently located near restaurants, shops, hiking trails and snowmobile trails.
