The living room also features a comfortable sofa and chairs, a large flat-screen TV with streaming services, and high-speed WiFi throughout the condo. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and features a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the cookware and utensils you need to whip up a delicious feast. • We may have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• Outdoor pool open June to September.
• We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check in and check out. No one will meet you at the property.
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks. You may only smoke outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $750 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• Free firewood is available in the wood racks outside each building.
• We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
